Hey, Last year I installed an Eibach Pro Kit on my GE8. After a few days I had sagged to around a 2" drop and was bottoming on all the hills and driveways in my neighborhood. I just saw these adjustable springs from Ground Control Suspension and they seem like a good possibility for me as I can dial in just a small drop. Has anyone had any experience(good or bad) with these?

Our member Bap has used Ground Control products on his GD3 for at least the last 3-1/2 years. Whether he uses the combo in your link, I don't know. The fact that Ground Control now is partnered with Eibach (the springs that sagged for you) might give you some worry, but even if they sag and then stop sagging, you could adjust the seats to compensate.
I like that set-up. It seems that you get the advantages of coil-overs at less than half the price of coil-overs. The only thing missing is a set of better-than-stock (adjustable and rebuildable) front struts and rear shocks. But, until someone builds them and sells them for the GE8's, good dampers will always be "missing".

Thanks. I think I might order a set of these.

FYI, MRsunrise at FF is also enjoying her set of GC Coilovers. I was anxious to take a ride in her MR Fit the week she got them installed. From the short 15 minute ride that I took, I can report that they gave her GD3 a nice stance, while delivering a sporty, yet comfortable ride. As I recall, she is riding on OEM springs.

I really enjoy my Enduratech coilovers. Bap's car was a blast on a windy road, but a bit firm riding for my daily driving tastes. I don't think he has the stock GC spring rates, though.
The eibach sport springs are different from the eibach race springs which the ground control kits use. And they are unfortunately not interchangeable with the ground control spring perch’s. The spring rate that I am running is much stiffer than you need for even autocross racing as I am finding out MRsunrise is running the eibach race spring but they are softer than mine. GC called me to ask what the spring rate was that I was running and I advise them to go 100 lbs softer in the rear and I think the same or somewhere in there for the front for a more comfortable ride. I hope that clears some up.
