Why are you lowering it? Is it for looks or performance? I have my '07 on enduratech coilovers and really enjoy it, but I've raised it back up so there's only a 3/4 inch drop or so unloaded. I got tired of bottoming out everywhere. It also rides better back up a bit, and seems to handle as well or better. I also had Skunk 2 lowering springs and while I love their turn it and could live with their smooth road ride, when the road was torn up, they were very stressful to drive with.
I know that one of my friends was very happy with the Eibach pro kit for the 07. It did lower it quite a bit, but handled well and didn't ride as harshly as the skunk 2's.

If you want to go 2" or lower I say you should look into coilovers. That way you can get the stance you want

faraway1215,
If you want to go low, and stance is your priority, I agree with Tinyvan, coilovers are what you really need to look into.
If you want a balance of performance and an acceptable ride, I've read a lot of great reviews on the Swift Springs. Perhaps VillageIdiot can chime in on this.
As for Teins, lilcat would be a good person to contact on this specific label. He's been riding on Teins since '07.
Like EXWRX stated, Skunk2 springs give a nice drop, and work great on smooth tarmac, but for daily driving, you will have to endure some punishing trade-offs.
I am currently on Megan coilovers, and very happy with my present set up. However, considering that my preferred ride height is not totally "slammed," I probably would have been better off running with Swift Springs.
Anyway, before lowering your Fit, you might want to take a look at this thread:

I like the Swift springs but I still have a problem with the front lip grounding out.... I need to buy a new tractor so I can smooth out the driveway after a turd floater washes it out.... One of the disadvantages of living on top of a hill.... It will be a few months before I am in a position financially to start shopping for one and it is going to have to be 4 wheel drive.
