Find a spot where they will FIT in your FIT and bolt them down. Now take the wires that were connected in you old car and put them back where they were. Hide the wires from the back to the front. Look under dash for power source and output from Fit radio and hook them up.

Now when you have some SPECIFIC questions get back to us.

Where did you have the sub and amp mounted in the Ranger?

it was in a custom box which im able to remove it from if it doesnt fit but it went behind the passenger seat. amp was also behind the seat mounted to the floor

I'm sure that you can see with your Fit, you will have to use the same location. There is absolutely no room behind any of the interior side panels to hold a sub-woofer. You are stuck with leaving it in the box, or, if you are really dedicated, throw out the spare tire and mount the sub to the rear floor with the amp underneath it where the spare tire/wheel used to be.. And then buy a AAA membership for towing to a tire shop whenever you get a flat tire.

If you use the original sub enclosure box behind the back seats, the amp could be mounted to one of the seat-backs- otherwise all you have left is the floor (or maybe under one of the back seats). Depending on the power draw of the amp, you may need to run a heavy gauge power lead directly from the battery to the amp.

EDIT:

Oh yeah, another thing- your amp will probably require a bigger battery than the tiny stock one in the Fit. Some people have used Optima Yellow Top deep cycle batteries, size 51R. There are other higher power batteries that will fit in your Fit, but they cost quite a bit more than an Optima deep cycle.
