Some times I really have to wonder about some of the Douche Bags in this world :mad:

I took delivery of my 2010 storm silver fit sport at 12:30 pm Saturday afternoon.

last night around 8:30pm I had to run to Ralphs to stock up on powerade and as usual I parked far away fromn other cars and dreaded shopping carts. This morning I left for work and it was still dark out.

Walking to my Fit to go to lunch I spotted something that did not look right on the rear hatch :mad:

Trip to the body shop = $700 dollars worth of damage from what I think was a shopping cart!

So to the body shop it goes 72 hrs and a whopping 160 miles on the odometer after taking delivery :mad: :mad: :mad:

Sorry to hear about your troubles JD, but it happens to the best of us. My 6 month old '09 got the whole driver's side gashed by some shit-for-brains who couldn't pull out of the parking spot next to my car without causing $3K in damage- no note of apology, here's my insurance info., of course. New fender, new door skin, new side moldings and new paint.

By comparison, you got off lucky (and I know that it doesn't feel that way- it sucks!).

Yep, I took mine into the body shop after the first trip to Sam's Club.... $500 because the guy that owned the body shop was a friend, probably much costlier otherwise.... My wife took my car to Wally World and it has needed to go back for repairs to the drivers door for over a year now..... Screw stores with sloped parking lots.
