Don't forget to report on the value of the ECO Mode in easing out of icy parking spots as the front wheel spin is lessened, as I suspect that it will be. I can't confirm this personally, because I live in SUNNY CALIFORNIA!
(Sorry, your Great Lakes, and Canadian border suckers).
Wow! Your boxes have prettier colors than the plain black & white ones that my NTD T/C came in. I wonder if yours gives twice the acceleration as mine.

Let cha know real soon bout the neck snapping wheel stander this little black box is going to turn the MzFiT into, it was 44 and the snow is lossing it's icy grip! O' can't forget the 50 mpg in eco mode.......................
Seriously I did get a chance at lunch to make a bracket, I'm mounting the unit on the D.S. so a (poe-ten-she-al) thief won't B too likly to spot it. yet B easy to change modes....:D

Okay, I will hold my breath waiting for news about the length of your wheelie. Don't forget to post photos and measurements of the rubber that you leave on the street. And be careful- if you go too fast, you'll go back in time. Say "Hi" to Marty McFly and the Doc for us if that happens. Also, remember that to do a wheelie in a Fit you have to do it in reverse.

If she moves that fast in reverse she will be throwing a TIF and we can't have that

I was on my way to Oregon and stopped by at the outlets in lower Washington and saw it. The perfect moment just happened to come up when I was reading through this thread.

I have only seen one DeLorean, in person, in my life, and that was in 1980 in New Orleans, LA.

HEY Guys:
This is the deal: BUY IT ! Manxman you are right. This little box wakes up the 1.5 like nothing else. WOW the hiway passing is fffaster now. I've noticed that 1/2 way through 1st gear it pulls alot stronger with the SP7 setting, and 50 to 80 is much quicker also. I am like the littl 'ol lady in respect that I have only driven it from church and back today, Hehe. So I'll be going out a couple more times today and will post more later!:D
The S.eat O.f T.he P.ants dyno is GGRREAT! and the B.ang F.or T.he B.uck meter is off the scale! $150.00 to your door
For info of purchasing this in the future..........:D go to: twptrade.com (wiring harness 4A=GD3 and 7A=GE8)

Second trip out with SP7 setting. You Don't need to press the gas peddle down! The best responce I've recieved on this setting is to ease into it, and we're off to the races.................well as off 2 the races as ur gon'a get with a Fit, lol I imagine the SP4 or 5 would be less reactive and give some more peddle play.
It's 35 degrees and no rain or snow for the 24 hrs. So wash MzFiT and a short R.T. (road trip)
C-ya'll ltr
:D
PS just a note about the ETC it's alittle thristy I'm think'n about 10% drop in mpg, but man is it nice to be able to get out into traffic and not be look'n for a big break to move into......:D

I am glad that I was so persuasive. I knew that you would be happy with this mod, and so will any other member (claymore??) who buys it.
On the few cold winter nights when the weather forecasters predict "black ice" in my area, I switch to the Normal setting, and if i feel traction and steering getting a little sketchy, I switch to one of the ECO settings. I would think that icy driving might happen a little more often in your area than mine, MzFit.

Just a note; started on full today and put 81 miles on for this test and have not gotten the needle to the 1/4 mark yet. I usally am @ 100-110 mile at the quarter mark, so not 2 bad that I can see.
We do alot of things to get our Fits 2 go faster and for the money this is the best I have spent by far! :D
And on the other side of the coin is the gas savings mode  imagine that one mod can get you going quicker, and another mode can increase mpg or you can just leave everything as the factory set it .... I tell you for 150.00 we should all have this :D.
Well that's about all I have to say about the ETC. If anybody has a question please don't hesitate to ask me. I do have a few pix of the install on my site.
Happy Motoring

You are getting less mileage than I am with the S/C..... I got 33.7 on my last tank but I used the Ec 5 setting and watched the throttle position readout a lot on that tank..... I did get a low just below 28 MPG on the first tank after installation when I was having more fun than is legal.... I was getting a pretty consistent 37.5 to 39 MPG before I installed the S/C.
