The thing that I have noticed is that our new members over the last few months are intelligent, capable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not a show-off in the bunch. No one screaming for attention. I am happy to be a part of such a group.

Yep we are getting the regular members so far none of the more infamous PIA guys except one and he didn't stay long. :p
