This sounds like "Ray". If he has brothers...................... the possibilities for future entertainment are endless.

(He would have to have brothers for the future entertainment--- his own stupidity will kill him one of these days. With only two sound studs on all of the wheels, imagine blasting down the freeway and one or two of those wheels breaks off all at once).
