Good Day All:
Please check the September '09 issue of Hondatuning magazine. Pages 36-38 shows the project 2009 Fit and showcases one of our armrests. I'm so excited!!!! :D

Okay Angelo,
Since I don't subscribe to Hondatuning, I drove down to Barnes and Noble today just to check out your post. Sure enough, I found the article on pages 36-38. One question though, what is that "hole cover" for? Is there some kind of hole on the '09 Fits that need to be addressed?
Nice to see "ZetaProducts" mentioned in that magazine...always nice to have free advertising!
Cheers,

PS-I noticed that when I went to your website, and hit "Honda Fit," your armrest link did not pop up. I had to find it going through the "armrest" link.

The "hole cover" must be to cover the hole in the side of the driver's seat that is left when you remove the stock fold down arm rest that comes on the Sport models. This should be removed to make room for the Zeta Arm Rest custom made for the '09 Fit (fits Sport and Base models).

Oh...okay! That makes perfect sense. I wasn't aware that the '09s had OEM folding armrests. I only have experience with GD3s.
Seems to me that the GEs offer a lot of improvements, and novel ideas for nearly the same asking price. I've seen a lot of nicely modded '09s.
I wouldn't mind owning a mildly "dropped" GE.

The base model does not have a seat-mounted armerst, but the sport model does. The plug is for the sport model. Once you remove the seat-mounted armerst, our plug covers the hole. Just like the factory plug.
