This really makes me mad..

I don't run a front plate, it's the law here in IL. But i've never and will never run one. I think if you have a vehicle with a sexy front end that a plate just screws that all up. well the damn dealership I bought my car from DRILLED about a 1/4 hole right in the middle of the bumper to put the bracket on. I pulled the bracket the 1st day I had the car. I thought I was getting away with no holes because the two bolts on the underside held it in place, but nope they drilled it anyway. ahhh poor car. I had to rant.:rolleyes:

go back to the dealer and ask them to replace the bumper, I don't have a hole in my front bumper and can take the plate holder off and have a nice front, but I don't like to be stopped by any ca. hwy patrol or local pd to get a fix it ticket. the dealer should not drill any hole on the car without your ok. unless you bought it with the hole drilled.

I DON'T have to have a front plate, so I was also livid when they had installed a plate holder on the front of my car. I called the dealer, and they acted like they knew nothing about it. There wasn't even a dealer advertising plate there! My husband came up with the great idea of buying another Fit emblem, and sticking it over the hole. It looks very cool. Anybody need a spare front license plate holder?
