The most annoying thing about my new fit was that only the driver's side door unlocked automatically...I went online at Honda and registered my 2010 Fit and got the electronic owner's manual, but also saw the instructions on how to set the auto-lock and auto-unlock features of the car.
I have put this PDF document on my webspace, it might be different for other model years, but there might be a similar document for your car if you register it with Honda...

Now my doors all unlock including the trunk when I put the car in Park!
